These spring-loaded clips make installing a mirror easy. There are protective pads where the clips touch the back of the mirror to keep it tight and secure. The clips themselves are sturdy metal which should handle the weight of a medium to large mirror if secured to a wall stud. Overall happy with these.

Absolutely the cheapest quality ever seen, one of the spring loaded clips (top) broke upon extending-complete junk. It was a very small mirror as well 16”x 24”.
