These griddle flippers are sturdy and well built. The beveled edges are just sharp enough to slice under food you need to flip and have a solid feel in the hand, makes me feel like the griddle master I imspire to be. Buy these things.

I seriously did not expect these to be so huge. I really only use the smallest one and even that is huge. One is just to long to use in my largest cast iron pan and the other is just plain clownlike in it's size. I can see using the 2 larger spats on our grill or on a griddle, but only the smallest one works for the cast iron pan. The quality of these spatulas are fabulous though.

Sturdy and solid! Had others with similar price, but they were bending when you press the metal. This one is strong and has nice edges.

These spatulas were much larger than I expected. I don't barbeque. I wanted an all around multi purpose spatula for every day, and one a little larger for removing things off my stove top grill. I used the smallest today, about the average size of spatulas. It worked very well on my cast iron skillet, wok, and grill. The shape and sharp edge worked great to scrape off chicken or onions from underneath if they start to stick a little. I can see using the wide one on the grill and for removing an omelet from my skillet or grill. The very long one I imagine would be great for barbequing large pieces of meat, etc. I'm not sure I will have occasion to use it. Maybe in oven for a large pan of roasting veggies?

I bought these to use for making smashburgers on a 14 inch cast iron pan, and I'm amazed at the build quality and materials. I was expecting them to seem kind of cheap and overly flexible, with cheap feeling wooden handles - because the price was so good for a three piece set of spatulas.They are beautifully built and extremely solid - the wooden handles are high quality and the stainless steel blades are strong and heavy. The spatulas rest flat on the countertop without tipping over, because they're so solid and weighty.I love these, but I'll only use them on cast iron or stainless steel pans, not anything non stick, of course. They're so strong you could probably scrape the paint off your entire fence with them!
