Does NOT come with metal clip like in picture. Find extra plastic clips they break easily.

Works fine as a replacement for OEM, but the picture is deceptive. It DOES NOT come with a metal clip. Good value, but that picture is irritating.

Identical to OEM. Fit perfect, and took 2 minutes to swap out. Like others have said, it does not come with a metal locking tab. It has the OEM plastic piece.
