Does not work on pro-4x. Picture is of truck unloaded. When loaded with 800lbs tongue weight, truck sags 2” and the helper spring still leaves a 1/2” gap. Manufacture says it’s good for titans that are non XD but makes no mention it will work for pro-4x models.

I put these on a 2019 Nissan Titan S that is used as a work truck. The Titan sags in the rear of the vehicle by 2". From an empty box to the truck loaded with a Decked box, an ARE Topper and the equipment inside. The 2" is not the end of the world but I wanted the ride height to be at stock height when loaded. the sumo springs reduced the sag to 1.5" (0.5" higher than without them). On a Nissan Titan the load on the truck will have to force the truck down roughly 1" before the sumo springs will make contact. Therefore they likely will not affect the suspension until the truck is loaded. I would have liked them to make contact at the stock ride height because this truck will always be driven loaded. Installing the sumo springs was very simple.
