Added this dsp to my ford fusion build and it made a huge difference. The tunability is amazing and sound quality is outstanding. Its a bit on the higher end price wise but all the features set it apart from the rest.

This is the 2nd processor I have installed in our family cars. The first (JL Cleansweep) did such a good job decided to try the Audison given its good reputation in the industry. The vehicle is a 2015 Honda Fit LX. Wanted to maintain the factory HU so as not to lose connected features: e.g. reverse park, mileage computer etc....... Researched and currently, no aftermarket HU that can integrate ALL of the current standard features which appear on the display.Soundened doors, hatch, boot floor, firewall, wheelwells with CCF, CLD and MLV. If your considering an audio component upgrade on your subcompact, I strongly recommend this exercise to get the most of your investment. Won't be as quiet as a Lexus but won't sound like a tinny, air-filled sub-compact , especially at freeway speeds. The Honda sounds as good parked in the garage as it does doing 70mph!!!Desired to maintain the space flexibility of the Fit and the components chosen had to have a "SMALL" footprint. Therefore used a Kenwood Excelon XR 400/4 amp, a Kenwood KSC-SW11 powered sub (fits perfect under the front passenger seat) and Polk DB 6501 speakers (F & R). Connected all the powered components straight to the battery (via power blocks) via 4gauge (positive) and 8 gauge (negative) wires.Hooking up the Audison is very doable for DIY'rs. Have a plan, mark all the wires, connect to other components properly and there'll be no issues. There is no buzzing, humming, clicking anywhere. No noise filters were required. The initial sound result was significantly better but, for the investment, I knew it could be much better. Just didn't know how to tackle the Audison's internal equalizers. Tried to have it professionally done but the tech managed to make it sound worse (that was $150 but the stereo shop issued me a full refund after I complained). Sat down, got the laptop and spent two hours making all the settings (followed the recommended parameters in the owner's booklet). Slightly more fine-tuning to suit my listening taste (I like the FLAT sound and a full tight bass). The result is audiophile quality. The system sounds fuller than my wife's previous Lexus RX350's Mark Levinson and just as clear. That said, it doesn't beat the wife's current MB G550 Harmon Kardon system. The D has the DRC (digital remote control) which I use all the time to control volume. Likewise directly connected a Sirius XM Plus to the DRC's Aux input. Satellite radio never sounded so good!!!!Install was done Sept./Oct. 2014. There have been no issues since. I'd highly recommend this processor to anyone who wants to maintain their factory HU. The improvement in audio quality is substantial. My total cost for the component upgrades and soundening was $2000. The savings done if you do it yourself will save you a minimum $2000 plus your system will sound spectacular!

A recommander.

I have a 2014 WRX and those of you who have a WRX understand how horrible the stock speakers are! I changed the speakers to Focal 165 K2P's and use JL Audio HD 900/5 amp to power them. I previously have used a JL Cleansweep and an AudioControl Three.1 and they worked fine for line level (speaker level input) conversion. About a week ago I had the Three.1 removed and installed the Audison Bit 10 D in an Active setup (no external crossover used). I can't describe in detail the incredible difference this processor has made!!! I can hear such dramatic fidelity, depth, and clarity now. I am hearing sounds in songs that I have never heard before. The mid bass response is 100% more audible, the depth in the drivers and tweeters is incredible and the imagining/tuning of the Bit 10D is simply remarkable. Anyone who is thinking about a processor should absolutely purchase one of these...I have been a car audio enthusiast for over 15 years and worked at a very reputable and large chain car audio company for 6 years and I have never heard a processor that has made such a drastic improvement as this product. I definitely recommend the Audison Bit 10 D.
