Description says 4 pieces but only 2 headbands are sent. Headbands are very thin and inside is lined with two rubberized strips that would keep them from slipping but may make you hotter. Hard to see how material would absorb any sweat.

I bought these for my workouts wearing my Meta Quest 3 headset. They are tight on my head, but they make the headset fit better, less slippage, more comfortable, aside from keeping the sweat off the face interface thing.

I'm not going to lie, I was a bit skeptical at first because of the price, and when I received the product I hadn't realized there would be these rubber non slip things on the part of the band that touches your head. I was skeptical because as someone with curly hair I didn't want that rubber non slip part to ruin my edges or cause any hair breakage on my baby hairs. I wore it today for a 10k run and I will say not only was my hair perfectly fine, the headband did not move at all and not ONCE did I have to wipe my forehead off! This headband was good at collecting sweat, so nothing fell on my face. It's very lightweight so don't worry about your head overheating on strenuous workouts.

I have very straight hair. Most headbands just slide off, but not this one! The double silicone strips keep it in place. Fast drying band is about 2 inches in width and stretchy enough to avoid getting a headache. Colors are true to picture. Good value.

I have trouble with heat due to medication and I needed a sweatband when working out. These are not too tight, stay in place and feel cool on my forehead.

These are not non slip. They still move on my head and I still ha e to adjust it as I work out, even when I just wear it around the house it starts sliding up. They are comfy but definitely don’t stay in place for me.
