Your cart is empty.This aluminum skid plate/splash guard is a direct fit for your Subaru WRX or STI. It replaces the OEM plastic splash guard panel which offers little protection and generally has many problems. It offers built-in trap doors for both oil drain plug and oil filter. Unlike many splash shields and skid plates on the market, this also offers ventilation as well as complete side brackets for additional support. It comes with new hardware - especially important as this goes ALL THE WAY to your front bumper and doesn't stop at the radiator support - it will replace the stock push clips with speed nuts and bolts. Nice and easy install, might be a little tricky for oil changes. Installed rubber gaskets between metal to keep the noise down.

I feel far more confident driving around with this underneath me. After the plastic splash guard on my 2011 STI broke off I decided to upgrade to aluminum. It's very lightweight but I trust it to keep road debris out.I ordered the bare aluminum plate and spray painted it myself, but if I could go back I would buy the prepainted one to save time and get a much better result than rattle can.

Overall it is not bad. It is super easy to install; everything lined up perfectly. But, it is quite thin and will provide only basic protection. If rocks get thrown up, it will protect the oil pan etc, but if you are actually pushing the limits of your car offroad, and you directly make contact with bigger rocks, this will do little to nothing to actually protect the oil pan. For a semi-professional rally racer, this is just not going to cut it. But again, good for what it is; good looks and protection from debris that is thrown up.

For cheaper than OEM I can't recommend this enough if you have a loose bumper or your under tray is dying. It's light, easy to install, adds a much nicer look to the underside of the vehicle as well as SUPER QUICK AND EASY OIL CHANGES. There are doors for quick and easy access to the drain bolt and oil filter. I would literally recommend you purchase this for this reason alone. but overall it's a lot lighter than you'd expect and I would even go as far as to say it might even be lighter than OEM.I give this product an 11/10.Put on my 2014 sti. Fit like a dream.

Bought it because I was tired of dropping the original plastic down for every oil change. The trade off is the original plastic seem to have better coverage. The metal is thinner it’s not an off-road side plate by any means but it’s built well for what it is. All the holes lined up all hardware was included no complaints

Mostly fit my 2010 Subaru STI. I had to use my dremel on two of the holes for the front bumper bolts so it would line up correctly. Looks great.
