I bought it because it was described to have WiFi feature. But when I installed and try to connect, there is not WiFi feature, so why the seller wrote it has WiFi and there is WiFi word on the printer?

Setup process is a pain in the butt and it doesn’t even come out good it also doesn’t come with the whole power cord also doesn’t come with the piece that holds the paper roll waste of money and time

Excellent super fast retail receipt printer. Work same as big brand expensive printer. They do provide instructions for installation.

This printer prints very fast and very clear. The support is very helpful, I had to contact them for an ARM based driver and technical spec sheet. They responded very quickly and provided me with all the information I requested.If you are looking for a good receipt printer and don't want to spend a ton of money on a super expensive one then this is the perfect printer. We have run seven rolls of 230 foot paper through it and other than cleaning the print head this thing just keeps going great.
