I wanted a baguette pan/tray that has NO non-stick coating because I have not seen a non stick coating that does not come off and I don't want to eat any of those coatings. So FIVE stars for actually being a good stainless steel baguette pan with NO coating. Yay!!! I'l will update if I discover anything that is less than great about it.
