The flapper was defective because it was made with a sealing surface which was not flat. This meant that it did not seal and constantly leaked.Not only that, but when this defective product was returned, they had the gaul to charge ME a restocking fee. Good luck to whoever gets it the next time they ship it out.

The Toto G-Max system has a 3 inch flush port and this Toto branded product is an exact fit, easy to install, and I wish I had noticed sooner that my twelve year old Toto flapper valve was leaking water down the drain. This genuine part may be more expensive than a "will-fit" from local hdwe store, but I'm happy with this one. Hate that it took me three minutes to change it out, but that's life!
