My local plumbing trade warehouse said that Toto doesn't make a 2" flapper. They sold me a "universal". It would work sometimes and sometimes not. Researched vintage Toto and found this Toto 2" flapper on Amazon. Works perfect every time. The plumbing warehouse could use a lesson on Toto.

What else is there to say? It's a literal exact replacement for the old, warped, Toto flapper valve on my guest room toilet. It works amazing, just as it should, and has stopped my porcelain pony from constantly running. I'm a happy camper, and so are my guests.

Arrived quickly; original product not available anywhere in hometown but available on Amazon.ca. Most importantly, the flapper works exactly as it is supposed to. Toilet tank no longer constantly losing water.

This one works perfectly. I had a generic one from the home stores but these toilets need this one to flush properly. I wish they were the same cost as the generic but the convenience and proper operation is worth the extra money.

Installed it in about 60 seconds. Works perfectly from in our Toto toilet. I'd previously tried a generic flap I bought from Home Depot; it worked, but only if you held the handle down for about 3 seconds.

I tried after market flappers and none stopped my toilet leak. I finally bought one from the factory and it solved the problem.
