I realize they are used, but this thing was bent to hell. Also the grooves where it mounts were stripped out.

Shipping was fast, works great. A few small paint chips but it was a used part for a 10 year truck.

Perfect fit. Fixed my issue. Old arm was twisted and caused the windshield wiper to stutter and leave huge, blinding, streaks. I tried new blades before realizing the issue was with the wiper arm. I'm back to having a smoothly operating wiper and a clear windshield.

I bought this from the dealer after reading one of the reviews here (Julie). I wish I had not read her review as it led me to believe my original was broken and that this amazon product is not as good as OEM.Bottom line: there are no splines in this part, there are not supposed to be splines, the dealer version does not have splines.I read her review, looked at my wiper that wasn't moving, which had no splines, and concluded mine were stripped. This was not the case. I bought an arm I didn't need, thinking the splines were stripped...Thanks a lot, Julie.

Wiper arm was a perfect fit but the bolt hole was not splined. The original wipers for the vehicle have a splined hole to accept the splined bold that comes out of the wiper transmission. This being said I'm hoping the wiper will not slip if there is any kind of load applied to it while wiping.
