The Traxxas 2.8" Talon tires are the most versatile all-terrain tires available for your Traxxas model. The directional long-wear tread pattern provides extended tire life, while providing exceptional traction on most any surface. The 2.8" Talon integrates a soft rubber compound, large foam inserts, and a go-anywhere design that allows it to excel on asphalt as well as rocks, grass, dirt, or any other surface. The tapered tread design where the treads meet the sidewall enables the tire to slide on asphalt, to help avoid unwanted traction rolls.

Bought these for a Stampede 4x4 VXL, wore the original set out completely. Decided to replace them with the same stock tires as I liked the way they look. This new set however started coming away from the rim very quickly after installing them. It was no big deal as some tire glue took care of the problem and haven't had any problems since. However I would expect them to be glued better at the factory.

I am very disappointed with these. I expected that a genuine Traxxas product would be of a high quality but alas they came unglued on the first run. It’s a lot of money for a poor product. I will look at other brands next time

Excellent tires that fix my electric Traxxas Rustler front axles. They have good offroad grip without being so aggressive that I worry about wearing them down to nubs when on the road. Quality as advertised.

These wheels have lasted me a long time, and the product quality is very great for the money. One thing I dislike about these wheels is that my exhaust fumes from my rc truck seem to irritate the paint on my rims turning them from shiny black to dull black. Other from that these wheels are way better that my stock wheels from Redcat Racing.Pros: Tires wear great and are very well glued to the rim, the rims don't crack or break easily, better than stock wheels, great for off road and on road driving, ships fast, arrived on time, and lasts long.Cons: Paint on rims gets irritated from exhaust fumes

So far so good, they have worked perfectly. they do what it needs to do and do it well. I have a jato 3.3 and they are a little bigger than the original tires. With the new tiers my jata works a lot better running it off road and i do not have nearly the issue of [ealing out with out moving.

Perfect tires, makes my buggy spin tires like never before. I didn't even have to change clutch gearing with .15 engine that came standard on my Nitro Sport (Older version).Pros:Nice lookingKeeps car on the roadSpins while drifting in order to avoid flipping (Unless you hit a curve)Have a nice rubber patternRubber protects the rim on side or flip impacts (So you don't kill rims before tires)Cons:I don't think any except maybe they are little too big.Will recommend to anyone for the price and quality and will buy more of those. Note: Replacement for back tires only.
