This is a very sturdy and well built item. You need to know that it is a larger U joint than the factor model so there may be clearance issues. I was able to install fully without grinding anything down, BUT, it did contact the axle housing slightly when rotating which caused rubbing for the first bit of the drive. I drove the jeep back and forth a few times to "self clearance" and all was well after. I do not foresee any strength issues with this in the future but if it gives out, I will update this post.Note: if you want to install without grinding down any bolts, install the wheel bearing bolts loosely(without the wheel bearing) into the knuckle first. Then, when you install the axle shaft, you can wiggle it around the bolt flanges when pushing it into place. If you have upgraded ball joints, clearance on the top could be a problem for tightening the top wheel bearing bolt, make sure you have a 13mm box wrench as the socket head will not fit in that location now.

I checked fitment according to the website and it said it would fit. It doesn't.It is heavier duty which means it has the larger ball joints and paired larger brackets holding the u-joint.

Works so far, only issue was box was half torn open with outer stub shaft hanging out the box on my front porch when I got it. Threads were damaged but as I was in need as my wrangler is my daily I made it work. Only other issue was that I was hoping the dust seal came with it, but it does not.

Had to grind wheel bearing bolts down a little to clear the yolk as it was hitting all 3 of them when it spun, but wasn't that bad of a job. Saved me more money than buying some of the other brands. The joint is tight, no play at all. Has a grease fitting on the cross part to grease the 4 bearings. (the part that actually connects the two halves). I would buy again.
