Installation Method:
1.Unplug the lamp and remove the old finial by turining counterclockwise.
2.Place the lampshade over the lamp harp's threaded stud and fasten the finial by turning clockwise.
Reducer(included) is needed if the transition from 1/4"-IP female thread is needed.

First issue was that the adapter came installed and was very difficult to remove. Second issue was the finish on the finial was of poor quality. Other than that, it fit.

Looks good! Had to figure out how to attach it to lamp because there were no instructions. All required parts are in the package as it turned out.
