I have to rave about this exerciser! The rotating bearings that reduce wrist strain are a brilliant feature. I can do extended workouts without any discomfort in my wrists. The U-shaped frame offers so much flexibility in terms of the exercises I can do. It's also very portable, and I take it with me when I travel. I can work out in my hotel room without any hassle. The seller's service is also very attentive. A great product all around!
