Idk I thought I was going to be way better then it is. I like exercise things you can do that dont evolve weights, but this is still a bit large and kind limited. It's basically bending two large springs over and over. Now they did a good job designing this, and it is pretty neat at times. But no its not a whole body thing and has a few moves that are neat i guess.

Easy to assemble but so hard to use. You really need to have some upper strength to close this and that is something I don't have. I got this to build arm muscles but it just won't work for me. I can only use it like a thigh master because my legs are stronger than my upper body.It definitely will exercise your muscles. I'm not really sure how long it will last because the center bars that connect the ends seem sort of flimsy. It was really hard to get the little buttons to lock in place, too.Overall, I can see it working well to build muscle. But if you're an average woman like me, you will need to build some muscle on your own, first.

I wasn't sure about this thing. Seemed kind of gimicky, but I figured I'd give it a shot, after reading some other reviews elsewhere. They were all on point, both on the good and the bad.I work from home and I picked this up, to encourage myself to get in a bit of exercise during the day. I keep telling myself that I have this fine collection of 7-10 minute workouts and that when I'm on breaks I should just hop down to the basement, where my home gym is, and have at it. But, somehow it never happens. I'm hoping that this will help push me in the right direction and so far, it has. So, mission accomplished. It assembles easily, but is a bit loose and rattles. Still, it is definitely secure and built solidly. I have no concerns about it breaking or coming apart. I had seen that some comments had related issues with some of the buttons not popping fully out, which would definitely be unsafe. I didn't have that issue, but I looked closely inside the tubes on mine anyway and could see that a couple of the pins weren't aligned quite straight across from the hole. So, I stuck something in there and pushed it around a bit to straighten it all out so that the pins are all vertical. Again, it wasn't causing an issue on mine, but I thought it worth being proactive. It might be something to keep an eye out for.Hand grips feel solid. Other than the parts fitting more loosely that I'd like, it does feel solid and pretty well made. It takes some significant effort to bend. You will get in a workout. The exercises themselves are all a bit awkward though. That's an issue common to a lot of these kind of devices, where it does a lot of things, but none of them well. Still, it does absolutely give a workout. More than you would expect. You can definitely feel the burn. I'm probably going to be inventing my own exercises and using it at my desk during the work day. Not as my primary workout, but just as a quick break to wake up, and get the blood moving, and supplement my regular routine.Folks with shorter arms may struggle with certain exercises, so keep that in mind.To sum up, it seems to give me a workout and I think I'll actually use it regularly at my desk. But, the number of things you can do with it is somewhat limited, it's a bit awkward, and you'll have to use your imagination. With the caveats mentioned above, I'd probably recommend it as an adjunct to a regular exercise program.

Twister spring loaded arm exerciser. Is not intended to be used by a person with average strength..Because its function relies largely on a strong spring the designed use will result in a equally strong rebound effect which requires a lot of strength to control the rebound. This may resultlt in unintended injury if the use doesn't have the strength and or knowledge to use it properly thus avoiding injury.I can not recommend this item unless you are an experienced user with adequate strength.

I really like this arm exerciser, but mainly for working out parts of my chest that I don’t get with a bench press. It really reminds me of a new version of the old bar that had a spring in the middle and you just kind of squeezed it down, but this is much harder to work than those. The spring on this feels very tight and I do like the fact that it’s covered because as a guy with a long beard, it tends to get caught in things and I could just imagine how bad that would feel if it got caught in that heavy duty spring. The grips on this are very nice. Everything‘s covered well and it doesn’t seem to want to slip out of my hands and being able to adjust these bars out a little further as a new level to the workout. This thing is very well builtand even for a guy that works out every day after using it as kind of like a reverse fly machine, my muscles are so sore in places they’ve never been sore before. I would recommend this 100%! and even for a guy that works out every day after using it as kind of like a reverse fly machine, my muscles are sore in places they’ve never been sore before.
