If I were in better shape—or more into serious resistance training—I might feel differently, but this didn’t really click for me. The resistance, even on the lowest setting, feels pretty intense. I tried adjusting the bars (there are two positions on each side), but the tension still felt more or less fixed at one setting: painful. It’s definitely geared more toward intermediate or advanced users.Design-wise, it’s a modern take on those old-school spring arm bars I remember from long ago—same basic concept, but now with internal springs that reduce the risk of pinching. That part is a genuine upgrade. Still, the pitch around it being “innovative” seems like a stretch if you’ve seen this kind of gear before.Build quality is decent—not cheap, but also not premium. It seems like one of those products with a lot of lookalike versions under different names, all about the same level of quality. The adjustment mechanism is functional but not the most user-friendly. You need to press in two metal buttons at the same time to change positions, and they don’t always cooperate. It’s the kind of thing that, if you wanted to change up your resistance for different exercises, could negatively impact the flow of your workout. As for positives: it’s relatively lightweight, compact, disassembles quickly, and stores easily. The handles are duplicates of each other, as are the springs in the middle, so you don’t have to fret over what goes where. It doesn’t come with a case or storage bag, but it’s small enough that you can stash it just about anywhere. It’s supposedly good for chest, shoulders, arms—even legs if you’re creative. That said, there’s no workout guide or manual included, so you’re left to figure it out on your own.And honestly, that might be an issue. If you don’t already have a good sense of form or how to use this kind of equipment properly, I could see it being easy to overdo it or strain something—or just plain work out the wrong way. A lot of wasted effort for little or no gain. It’s the kind of tool that rewards good technique but doesn’t do much to help you get there.Used properly, I think it could be a solid addition to a home workout setup—especially if you already have a baseline of strength and know how to train safely. I don’t want to ding the rating just because I personally struggled to use it effectively, but I do think buyers should know what they’re getting into. This one’s probably not ideal for beginners—both because of the level of resistance and the lack of guidance—but if you know what you’re getting into and have reasonable expectations, it may be a useful fitness tool.

Wow this works and it’s definitely tough. I think it starts at 40lbs and depending on the settings (the notches the pins go in) it will go up to 100 lbs. It’l was really easy to set up and it’s perfect for a home gym as you can use it anywhere. I highly recommend it.

This takes very simple, toolless assembly. It's hard to say how durable the materials will be, but I have not noticed any deterioration yet. The cushioning is sufficient. The "footprint" for storage is small enough to stash away in a home office, along a wall, or in a closet easily. The instructions aren't crystal clear in English, but they're good enough. For the current price of ~$35, I can't see how any other equipment could be more versatile, so I'm giving this 5 stars in part because of the overall value.

Very nice build-quality spring-trainer. Depending on the position of the spring-pins, depends on the amount of strength it will take to bend the device. The act of bending the device, and the resulting resistance, provides a very smooth - full range of motion strength training exercise.Device looks very nice with the black-foam and chrome colors. Stores easily (not too large) will fit easily under a bed, or in the back of a closet. It provides a good workout, I doubt you'd end up looking like the guy in the example pictures (from using just this device) but it gives my forearms/chest a really good work out (which is hard to achieve via other means).

The Saker Twister Arm Trainer is a beast in the best way! The adjustable resistance (40–100lbs) makes it perfect whether you're just starting or looking to level up your upper body workouts. It targets the chest, arms, and forearms really well—I've felt the burn after just a few reps. It's sturdy, well-built, and I love that it's portable and detachable, so I can toss it in a bag or use it at home. Great for squeezing in quick but effective workouts. Highly recommend for anyone serious about upper body strength training.

Feels comfortable. Felt safe doing it also.I don't believe this will get you ripped, but its a good accessory. It's extremely convenient to pick up and exercise, and you can do a variety of exercises.I believe this will come handy for armwrestlers and grapplers. To be able to hold the tension with such convenience.Extremely easy to assemble, feels well made.
