I've been using the Twister Arm Trainer for a few weeks now, and it's quickly become one of my favorite tools for upper body strength. The resistance level (90-120 lbs) is no joke — perfect for anyone looking to really challenge themselves and build serious arm, chest, and shoulder strength. The build quality is excellent — sturdy, solid, and clearly made to last. The ergonomic handles are comfortable even during longer sessions, and the resistance feels smooth and consistent. I also love how compact it is; great for home workouts or tossing in the car for an outdoor session.Overall, I highly recommend this to anyone serious about their training. It’s a fantastic way to diversify your routine and push your strength to the next level!

Purchased for my teenage son because as he matures he thinks he has “boobs”.Both of the settings are tough for him but he can do the lesser and will work up to the tougher level which is what I was hoping for. Easy to put together, easy to use and understand what muscles are being used so that he doesn’t mess himself up. Doesn’t take up any room and can even be stored under the bed or couch and out of site.

This is a nice alternative to pushups. It works the chest but in a significantly different way. Springs provide a different tension than weights since there is almost no momentum. This forces you to work through the whole range of motion. And when you start to fatigue too much to do a complete rep, you can do lower the resistance by reducing the range of motion to effectively make every set a drop set.I had some trouble getting this exerciser assembled so I docked a star. One of the little spring toggles used to adjust the length and thus the tension would not spring back into place. After manually lubricating with a drop of 3-in-1 I got it to work.Adjusting the length to adjust the tension can take a few minutes, so don't plan on switching it during a workout. The outer hand grips are lightly padded. The padding is medium density foam, which provides just a little bit of padding. The foam on the vertical forearm pads is thicker and feels denser. The instructions include several variations on movements that you can do with it, but the only one I found practical was the chest crush.

I’ve been using this Twister Arm Trainer for a while now and I must say, I’m really impressed. At first, I wasn’t sure how effective it would be, but after a few sessions, I could definitely feel the resistance working on my arms and chest. The 90–120 lbs adjustable resistance is no joke – it really helps push your limits and gives a solid pump, especially for upper body workouts. What I like the most is how compact and portable it is. The whole set comes in 4 detachable parts, so it’s super easy to carry in a backpack. I often take it to the office or use it during breaks at home. It doesn’t take up much space at all. The handles are sturdy, and the build quality feels very strong – definitely not cheap plastic. The included booklet was a nice bonus too – it helped me understand how to use it properly and target the right muscle groups.Overall, it's been a great addition to my workout routine. If you’re looking for something that’s convenient yet powerful for arm and chest training, I’d totally recommend this one!

Does a great job working out at my desk. Been using this thing in between using my computer for a quick workout. It does a good job working out the biceps and chest. I’ve been using it at the 90lb setting and it works great. Maybe in a month or two I’ll try the 120 lb setting but for now, the 90lb works just fine. The unit easily slides away next to my desk without taking up too much room. Strong build and the double springs reduces snap back when you release. The foam handles are thick enough to prevent blisters and calluses. Very satisfied with this arm chest trainer.

Really happy with this! It’s sturdy, adjustable, and gives a good burn during workouts. Super easy to take apart and travel with. A nice way to push myself a little harder without needing a big gym setup. Worth the money spent.
