So this is super interesting to use, it took me a few to figure out the resistance levels, but the pictures in this listing do a very good job of explaining how to do the adjustments. On the lowest level, this baby packs a punch. I'm able to do 8 before my forearms started feeling the burn...66lbs is plenty resistance for me lol. Maybe I will be able to build up. I would recommend this as a great item for anyone who has a fitness routine that wants to build muscle, this will get you there.

Such a cool piece of gear! Very portable and travel friendly. Lots of versatility options for strength training, stretching, and just toning up. It’s very easy to assemble. Durable materials. Adjustable and easy to collapse if needed. Comes with a bag to help carry it if traveling, etc. I’ve only had the item for a few days, but very impressed so far!

Wow what a great arm and leg exerciser. First off it was so easy to put together, I love the carrying bag. I was getting tired of using my hand weights this is so easy on my old joints. This is not only for young people. I love my new exerciser.

This is a very solid built product, I just set up today but am sure that with regular use you could have great results. Directions on adjusting resistance aren't super clear but with a little thought it makes sense.

I bought this to use in the days I couldn’t make it to the gym.I am surprised that it works as well as it does as I was skeptical. The instructions have great exercises, and I found a few for legs that were not included in the instructions.If you’d like a gym in a bag, look no further.

Absolutely Amazing ! Extremely Easy assemble , very sturdy and great materials . It has a lot of resistant do the workouts . It really works and great add on my home gym . The handles are well made and thought to be comfortable to the hands .
