Believe the reviewers who say that it takes some very strong muscles to move this trainer even a tiny bit. Even though I found some information about using it provided by other vendors selling the same sort of thing (no real instructions come with this one) it was actually impossible to budge it by the strongest guy I could find to test it.

This trainer might be good for someone an advanced athlete with well developed muscle strength and proper form who’s looking for very specific exercises.However, I’d recommend beginners not use this. The force required to bend this trainer makes it difficult to keep proper form and would make it easier to sustain an injury if done incorrectly. The adjustments don’t reduce the power enough to be able to do the exercises safely; some of the exercises shown in the images in the products description are difficult to do at this strength.

It’s an interesting workout equipment but there’s no instructions or videos to show how to use it. Basically just try to do it on your own or look at other vendor’s videos. The flex is a bit awkward and you can’t really be a beginner to even flex or bend it. I can see this more as a warmup or maintenance thing instead of a full exercise machine.

This is a revision of an earlier review I wrote after experiencing an issue with my order. The seller resolved the issue quickly and completely.I was looking for a piece of compact and portable exercise equipment to focus on my arms and chest, to build strength. This device fits the bill.This trainer is extremely heavy duty and well made. The frame is constructed of very sturdy stainless steel with a chrome finish. As shown in the product photos, there is very heavy, high-quality padding on the handles and the cross bars. The trainer assembles very easily following the instructions shown in the photos on the product page: Assembly takes no more than a minute or two.There are two resistance levels, which can be adjusted for either 60 pounds or 100 pounds. Changing it just involves selecting a different hole when you're assembling it. (The first hole is 60, the second is 100.)Note that even at 60 pounds, this could be difficult or at least take some getting used to for some people: The resistance is very strong.I'm starting off slowly and finding that it's getting easier as I use it more frequently.Overall, this is a very Well-made and effective product: Recommended.

I use this at work. Mind you, it's not for the faint of heart or weekend warrior. This takes a bit of strength to get going, so you need to work into it slowly.It does have an adjustment that eases the load based on leverage, but it's not that significant.I you are able to complete at least one compress, then you will love this. It's compact and can go with you just about anywhere (like I said, I use it at work), and it's durable enough that it's not going to wear out quickly. Great value for the price too!
