The plywood for the sides is very low quality, and a couple pieces were quite warped. One side of the latch was installed the wrong way round. With a bit of force I got it together. Need to add a bit of reinforcement to reverse the warping.Its usable, but definitely not buy again.

Love the product. The instructions were very clear. I was able to assemble the first half on my own, but when it came to the second half, some of the notches were too thick and difficult to insert. I received help with this from a friend who is in maintenance. Other than that, no complaints. A very sturdy and durable product once assembled. Not too heavy either.

I purchased this product as a display piece for my business. When I attempted to put the product together, pieces were chipped and did not assemble very easily. Some of the pieces were discolored and they were not fully stained as the rest of the product. I attempted to contact the seller using the business card that was included but the email address was not valid and my email was returned to me. The website that was on the card stated that they were under development. No possible way to contact the seller with these issues. DO NOT PURCHASE

The assembly seems easy enough but not all the parts aligned. I had to cut into one of the slots to make a part of the peg board fit all the way. After some effort was able to make it work.

Pros and Cons both ways.Pros: Nice size; packaged well; sturdy lock; smooth working hinges; easy grip handles; closing them up without having to remove all my jewelry each time was a plus and saved a ton of time.Cons: I had ordered 2 of these and waited over 2 months for them to ship ... but received them within a week AFTER they were finally shipped; they came in pieces that needed to be assembled; the instructions were usable but not real clear.Overall, I did give these 3 stars instead of 5 because of the 2 month wait to receive them and because the instructions to assemble weren't real clear. However, once they came and we'd put them together, they were exactly what I needed to display my handcrafted jewelry for the upcoming craft show. I did need to buy hooks for the pegboard but I found a package of 200 heavy black plastic ones for about $10 that worked just fine.
