The spring that closes the ‘gate’ that allows gels to go into the blaster is twisted out of place. Tried a couple of blasters and three ammo brands then saw the gate was not completely open. Shredded a bunch of gels but mostly did not feed. You can remove the gate and still use it but the gels in the feed tube will fall out. You should not have to repair a new product right out of the box.
