Replaced the blade on my existing knife. I hadn't used my existing one that much because if the bread had a harder crust it struggled and it tended to flex during the cut an make the slice wavy. These blades are wider and more rigid. They did a much better job. I'd definitely recommend these.

I got a bread knife not too long ago and all of the sudden these pop up for me. These work in a bread knife that has replacable blades. If you have one with a blade that is affixed to a handle, these may not work for you. That said, the deal is good. 4 blades and a micro screwdriver for fourteen bucks.Another thing you can do with your old bread knife blades is use them to cut foam. If you make car interiors or furniture, these bread knife blades are the best thing to use. They are superior to a kitchen knife or box cutter because of their dimensional advantages. You can make segment lengths, radius corners and step work with these.

These bow bread knife replacement blades fit my (and probably most standard) bow knifes perfectly.The come with a screw driver and replacement screws and it was super easy to install the blade.The work really great and are super sharp and they go though any bread, even rustic hard-crust sourdough bread with easy. Just make sure you have a good cutting board underneath, as the teeth stick out and will scratch and surface when you cut your bread.

These are good quality replacement blades that cut well and are attractive. The first one worked the way it was supposed to, and appears so well made that I will not have to replace it soon. It is a very useful set for me to be able to slice my sourdough and other kinds of bread.

This is an excellent pack of replacement blades for the wooden bread knives. I have a couple that are 16 inches overall and these blades are the same size as the ones on the knives now.I really like that there are plastic guards across the blades but be careful removing them or you can get cut like I did. As an added bonus, there are extra screws and even a screwdriver included. It works well and then I didn't have to go looking for one. If you make your own bread or buy alot of artisan bread, these blades will last months.

We like our homemade sourdough bread with crispy crust. So having a sharp knife keeps from tearing the loaves. These replacement blades for our bow knife will last us for a long time. Exact length to line up with the holes in the bow and the screws supplied are an upgrade from what came with the original bow.Bonus to swap the easier-to-remove plastic edge guard with the one that came with the knife.
