Putting this together is not for everyone. Yes, there are 4 steps. No, not everything works the way you hope. First of all, this came with phillips screws but a flat-head screwdriver. See attached picture. I got around that since I have lots of screwdrivers. Later I realized if you pull hard at the yellow handle, you find that on the other side of the flat-head there is a phillips screwdriver. Ideally, the phillips side should have been what you see first, and there should have been a blurb in the user manual about it. If you don't have a way to screw the screws in with less muscle power (like with a drill), bring your muscle strength as these need some.Why doesn't the user manual show the position of lock and unlock for the holes where the bars go? The locks are plastic. So, I did not want to break them by pushing them in the wrong direction. Fortunately, looking at the pictures for the product on Amazon, I realized I could push them in the other direction. Otherwise, I was going to lower the rating.Finally, the casters at the bottom are supposed to lock. Out of 4, I could lock only one and only with a lot of force. No matter what I did, I could not lock the other 3 casters. I have other planters with locking casters, and I don't have this problem.So, overall, I would say for the price, it is not as well-made as it should be; you have to do a lot of work to get it working. In my case, I still don't have it working as advertised because I cannot lock the casters. Focus on quality and having this product assembled out-of-the-box would provide more value than sending us a useless tape measure or a flat-head screwdriver that does not go with phillips screws for the caddy. I would not buy this brand again.

Love this thing, I keep it in the garage and it has been working excellent as a wheeled dolly. I have some solid wood outdoor furniture that is HEAVY and this helps me move it around the garage and patio. I moved a 9 ft solid Acadia wood table with ease using this at the other end. No more having to wait for my son to come home from school to help me move heavy items! Build solid, 5 stars!

I have a lemon tree that needs to be brought indoors during the winter months. It's becoming quite large, making it challenging to move inside at night. Consequently, there were a few occasions when I left it outdoors because I didn't feel like hauling it in, and my tree suffered because of this. I'm relieved to have found this dolly. It was straightforward to assemble and can support the full weight of my potted tree. Currently, it's set to the smallest size, but it's easily adjustable to accommodate a larger size as my tree and its pot continue to grow. Although it's a bit expensive, it will grow with my tree, allowing me to use it for many years to come.

We have a tree in a large pot outside our front door. It’s been sitting in the same spot for years and the concrete around it is getting stained. We need to pressure wash that area to make it look good again, so we need to move this potted tree. But it’s quite heavy! When I saw this very heavy-duty plant caddy, I knew it would be the perfect solution for us. It expands from as little as 15” in diameter to almost 23” in diameter. It has 4 sets of double heavy-duty wheels which can be locked into place so they don’t move unintentionally. It has a non-slip texture on the top surface and ridges around the edges to prevent an object from sliding off. With a few strong people helping, we got the heavy pot up onto this plant caddy. The caddy held its weight without a problem. Now, not only can we move the tree when needed, but we can clean under it at any time. This is a quality-made product and seems incredibly strong and durable. We would highly recommend it!

I like that the bottom is designed with a round hole in the center to let water drain from plant pots. It supports my big, fat 60 pound pot of plant fine so far. The size of the base can be adjusted by extending or shortening the length of the steel tubes. Though I can’t seem to flip the tube locks open by reaching my fingers underneath when the base is right side up. It seems that whenever I need to change the base size, I’d have to lift my heavy plant pot off, flip the whole base upside down, and only then can I open the tube locks to allow for the adjustment of the steel tubes.The casters are plastic. Despite that, each caster is double wheeled and spins around surprisingly freely, and also has brakes to lock the wheels in place.

I wanted this heavy duty plant caddy for a very heavy plant that was from my father’s funeral in 2006. It has grown so much in the past 19 years! I can no longer lift it so when I need to sweep around it, I end up scraping the floor. This has lockable caster wheels and can support up to 440 lbs. I can’t even imagine what plant would be that heavy!! The caddy is adjustable from 15”-22”’and the middle hole is 7”, so the bottom of your planter needs to be larger than 7”. I like the fact that it can be used both inside and outside. I like to bring the plant outside in the summer months to keep it healthy and a good dosage of sun. It says no assembly required but there is a very little bit that does need to be assembled to make sure that it’s adjusted properly to your size planter. It’s very light at 4 lbs on its own but it will hold nearly every plant. The wheels roll very nice and smoothly. I like that they lock, just in case it’s windy or if there’s a small dip in the area that you want it to stay. You could even use it for a Christmas tree or an outdoor cantilever or regular umbrella. Endless possibilities for the way you use this rolling caddy. It even comes with a tape measurer to make sure you tighten it to the correct size for maximum strength and no chance of tipping over. I like that it’s made of a heavy duty black plastic that will match any decor; in or out. Use this for any idea you may need for it. It can handle the weight and make it easy to move around. Such a great way to simplify your heavier items around your house that get moved around.
