I just aired this up for my PE student and it deflated within a few hours. I tried to air it up again and the same thing happened. I had just opened the package since my unit wasn’t until now. I would like to return or talk to customer service since PE fundraising money was used for this.

I’m giving it a 4 because so far so good. Despite conflicting reviews I bought it anyway. Picture is not exactly what you receive. For those that say ball does not fit outer cloth they are right—kind of. When ball seems inflated it does not fit it, but ball expands to actually fit—keep pumping! A little denser than I would have liked but bigger than a normal volleyball, I was hoping for slightly bigger but will work for our volleyball unit in gym. My ball has held air so far knock on wood and will serve its purpose both literally and figuratively. You get what you pay for and for the price you can’t go wrong

I have coached volleyball for over 30 years. This is the best ball that I have found to teach upper elementary aged kids. It is oversized, however, has a very true feel and reacts similarly to a ball used for competition of middle and high school aged players. I highly recommend this ball!

Ball is light and large enough for kids to learn basics. The only issue is the air nozzle hurts when you make contact with it.
