14 days have past since I ordered the plants and today they arrived dried and brown. They are live plants and they should not be treated like if they were artificial just to save money in shipping, these plants have been in transit or post office for too long.

I have been ordering these plants from various sellers for many years. The plants I received from this seller were far superior to any I have received in the past. Fast shipping, great price and great quality….you can’t beat that. The plants were so healthy some even had baby plants sprouting from the mother plant. And no, the company didn’t charge me for the baby plants.

Upon arrival there were a few brown leaves. Just plucked them off and threw them in the 150 gallon pond. Roots were 3-4 inches long. 3 weeks later and all of them have babies. Roots are as long as my boot! The biggest one now has 5 babies coming off it. Couldn't be happier!

I did not appreciate the fact that I contacted the vendor about the terrible quality of the plant received. I thought they would have at least contacted me to rectify the problem. Nothing!!!
