I was a little nervous as the box was super heavy... I was like "How am I going to carry this dang thing?!"Yet I put it on and it the weight is distributed perfectly across the shoulders. Its actually pretty comfy to wear.PROS:-It is very nicely made and feels expensive-Wight is distributed nicely and evenly across the back and shoulders making it feel comfortable to wear-This aesthetically looks nice. In black it stands out yet I do think its quality speaks for itselfCONS:-Wish it was vented more. There are vents yet maybe more would be cooler? It wasn't uncomfortable to wear here in FL summer...Yet something to think about if you get overheated easily

I bought this 8LB weighted vest for my wife to wear on our evening walks around the neighborhood as we gear up for summer vacation, and it’s already making a difference. It’s clearly designed to fit a wide range of body types, and it doesn’t look bulky or awkward — more like a sleek tactical vest than a workout accessory.Comfortable Enough for Longer Walks:The weight is well-distributed, and the padding makes it easy to wear for 30+ minutes without pressure points. She wears it over a t-shirt, and it doesn’t dig into her shoulders or ride up like some cheaper vests we’ve tried.Solid Build, No Rattle:The material feels durable, and the weights don’t slosh or shift inside the pockets. This is a great 8lb weighted vest. This is nicely made, sturdy, comfortable, and universally fits for people of all sizes but seems to fit best for those who are S, M, L, XL size. There is an adjustable strap that can tighten or loosen the vest. This is super easy to use and feels like you are wearing a light backpack.

The vest is very easy to put on, and is comfortable. It's filled with sand, so much more comfortable than vests weighted with iron bars. Wore it for a walk, about 3 miles, and it was comfy the whole way, but I was still able to notice the slight extra work. Any heavier than the 8 lbs and I think it would be too much for me, as a beginner.The only downside is that I have a very small rib cage, 28 inches, and the vest didn't close as tightly as I would have liked. It didn't bother me at all not being tighter, but I wonder if it would feel easier if I fit more snugly.

This weighted vest is great! I am a 6ft tall 210lb man and it fits well on my body. It is a little bit loose on my 5ft 8in 125lb wife. It has no smell, so you can wear it straight out of the box. It is very customizable. I love the mesh back on it, it makes it easy to hold items while I’m wearing the vest. The material that it is made out of has a slight stretch to it, but it feels very durable and functional. I absolutely recommend this to anyone who wants to train their bodies just a little bit more during calisthenics!

Much more comfortable than I thought it would be! I’ve been wearing it on my daily walks to increase my heart health, use my stomach muscles more, and hopefully burn more calories!It’s filled with 8 LBS of iron sand with even weight distribution and is just enough weight for me to feel that I am working out harder but not too hard.It’s well made with reinforced double-stitched seams to prevent the sand from leaking. Durable, breathable, flexible Neoprene allows for easy ensures movement. Reflective Stripes on both the front and back to be visible at night.Great Value: Very affordable price, well made, comfortable!

A weighted vest is an excellent addition to anyone's home gym. It can kick any workout up a notch, build core strength, help build bone density and improve cardiovascular health. My daughter was looking for a weighted vest to wear when she walked the dog. As a busy mom, she wanted to turn her dog walk into a workout.And this vest is just about perfect. It is comfortable and the sand filling is soft against your body. It is breathable because it doesn't cover a large area of body and create sweat. It has reflective strips on the front for safety and a good sized additional mesh pocket on the back for extra weights or personal items. It is NOT weight adjustable but the straps are adjustable to fit just about any body size. It is easy to put on and take off since it goes on like a vest and doesn't have to be pulled up and over your head like some of the heavier weighted vests. And the 8 lbs is a good weight for most people, not too heavy or too light.
