This was purchased to replace the same coverlet we bought approximately 15-18 yrs earlier. The old one we used daily and was starting show it’s age. The new coverlet washed up beautifully-didn’t shrink. Not to heavy and yet not to light. The color is not yellow-it is a light bone/ivory color.

Perfect weight for living in Florida. My mom has one also and had recommended it. It's held up very well through washings. No shrinking or threads breaking.

The outward appearance seemed perfectly fine but just this week when I was preparing a bedroom for the arrival of a guest from Germany, I discovered a flaw about the circumference of an orange in the stitching on the back! It is too late now to obtain a replacement! Very, very disappointed that this was not described in the seller's comments.

I'm using it as I write this review. It washes well, although i wouldn't put it in with anything else because it produced a ton of lint the first time i washed it.It's very soft and great for the summertime instead of a blanket or comforter

I bought this for my platform bed, it is very pretty, not a sage or moss or avocado green, but a medium soft green like a pale pippin apple, I am very pleased with it. I also like the stitching which helps me with even placement. My last bedspread was a very light "old lady" pastel green, it was chalky and b o r i n g!

Love the Williamsburg coverlet. It is warm and comforting. It reminds me of the coverlets my Aunt had on her bed when I was a young girl, and I am sixty now. The weather is very cold now, but I was warm and snugly surrounded by my old memories of years ago and the comfort of the Williamsburg coverlet. And it smelled good, too. Is is well made, so it should last for years to bring me comfort and warmth. Thank Sarah

This spread is nice. It looks like another I had purchased some time back. However, it is not the same quality at all. It is not worth the price. You can get one of this quality for much less money. I am sending this one back to Amazon because the fair price would be around $79.99 for this quality.
