Ordered XL (my normal US retail size) and it fit well. The one I ordered was the Dreamcatcher, white background and royal blue feathers. Pattern and color were as shown. However, I took 2 stars off for not sewing the front neck seam down. There is a binding on the back of the neck that covers the stitching, the front neck stitching needs to be sewn down flat, so it is not scratchy. I am a sewer and will sew it down myself on my sewing machine. I order a lot of these shirts from different vendors because of the 3/4" sleeves but I've noticed on most of them (not all) the front neck stitching is not sewn flat, and you don't know that until you receive the item. It is just one extra step they need to take to make the shirt comfortable but choose to not do it.
