I would give this 5 stars if the bolt that holds the wrap weren't so exposed past the nut. Hopefully I explained that well. See the image, roll your knuckle over that thing. The build quality on this is fantastic except, the bolt runs about 3/8's of an inch past the nut and on several occasions Ive drug my knuckle across that bolt. I have to make sure my hands don't move towards the center while working out. I would've really liked them to cut the bolt down a bit and then use an acorn nut instead of a regular nut. (I had to google that) Having a rounded head would've saved my knuckle and its such a small thing.Beyond that, this is awesome. Id never would've liked attaching one of these to a rack until I tried it. It helps isolate your forearms and takes your shoulders out of the mix. And since its so easy to attach, you can easily add or remove it if you want to switch it up. Everything glides very easily and the materials used are all good quality.

I like this wrist roller very much! It is strong and not heavy, so I can bring it to gym or use in home easy. The alloy steel very good quality, not break or bend. I use many time and still look like new.Handle is very nice, have thick foam so no slip when my hand sweat. I do exercise long time and no pain in hand. Chain is good also, I can put different weight like dumbbell or kettlebells when no dumbbell at home. Very smart design!Multi-hole handle is useful, I attach to weight rack easy, no problem. I feel my wrist and forearm more strong after use this. Many exercise I can do, not only rolling, but pull and lift too.Very good for price, I recommend for everyone who want strong hand and arm!

Really impressed with how quality this is. The weight attachment is a nice touch. Great knurling, quality strap, and very beefy. Would absolutely recommend.

This is a really interesting device, and is one of those exercises that makes you think, "Oh yeah, I really do have muscles here and I need to work them." I used it attached to weight plates I had on hand at home, and it worked fine. Definitely focused on my forearms and upper arm/elbow stabilizers. My one complaint is the same as another reviewer...the uncovered bolt end that sticks out on one side of the center piece. You can use this with your hands closer together or further apart depending on your comfort level. Closer together seems to be easier on my elbows, and I've scratched myself on the end of the bolt that sticks out. I may end up painting it with silicone or something to pad it.But overall a really neat tool to work on an often underworked part of the wrist and arm.

Good quality and great finish on the handle. This is a quality piece of equipment that works well by itself or attached to a power rack. The knurling is easy to hold on to and the stitching and welds are well done.

I was impressed by the quality of this – it is pure metal. I think it’s made of steel and aluminum, but I am not 100% sure. It will hold up to any weight you throw at it, although I suspect you wouldn’t be putting anything crazy on this. I am not sure why it was built like it was made to hold 400 pounds, but it is, and that’s definitely a plus.Of course, that comes at a cost – this is much pricier than alternatives. I guess this makes sense if you really want to drop some dough on something sturdy. But this is more than double what you would pay for something similar. One thing I couldn’t figure out is what the big knob on the right side (or left side if you switch it) is for. I guess it gives you more room for gripping it if you want that, but beyond that I wasn’t sure what it was for as this comes with no manual. You will want to watch your hands with this – don’t get too close to the center or you’ll start to cut your fingers on the bolt that sticks out.Overall, this thing is a TANK and absolutely worth it if you want a sold steel/aluminum wrist roller. However, if you just need something to wrist roll 5-15 pound weights every now and then, there are much more affordable options out there I would encourage you to look into. If you do get this and use it, make sure you take its own weight into consideration when using it!

This forearm workout device feels pretty heavy duty. Makes sense though since it needs to support all of the weight and tension in a workout. It's pretty easy to use especially with weights that the rod can be inserted into the hole. Once inserted, the strap is connected to the bar and I just needed to start rolling. It's a pretty effective workout and very tiring. It is more tiring than a regular dumbbell forearm curl I think since this forced me to do a little extra twisting with the motion.Overall, do I think this device is needed? Probably not. It is convenient to have though especially to switch up the forearm workout

Excellent build. The quality of construction is far beyond the typical wrist rollers offered. The unit comes with everything you need for use out of the box. The grip is padded, which is more comfortable to use than a steel grip, but the greater advantage is that this roller is less prone to slippage. The product is well designed and functionally exceptional in comparison to the basic unit I was using before. Simple to use, intuitive design. This roller will provide years of use, making it an exceptional value for the money. Highly recommended.
