Appears in all ways to be an OEM battery, including an identical SHARK logo, but comes in a yellow wrap instead of blue. I do not know if this seller is an authorized reseller, or OEM mfg but regardless, the battery installed easily and quickly and worked extremely well to replace my old, aging battery.
