If you are wanting a good beginner interface for doing any form of content creation or even just to upgrade to an XLR mic then this is a great option.There are a couple things that I love the ease of use of the most. First of all the level of audio adjustability on the top of the interface and having the touchscreen buttons on top for starting audio recording is very good to have.The think that I absolutely love the most is having the ability to have the interface connected to two different devices and just flip the switch on the back to switch between devices.Other than those good quality of life features, the audio quality is good considering the price of the device and the setup and use of the device is super easy.

The Q16 isn't the best choice for music production with its lack of true stereo inputs and audio processing, however it truly shines when it comes to hosting sing-along karaoke parties.The Q16 makes your computer - karaoke party ready!Just hook up the Q16 to your computer and powered speakers. Then turn up the audio on the computer so that the music and your vocals have a reasonable balance. Crank on some echo, and start the party!The integrated processing helps your vocalists shine at their absolute best.The Q16 likes to work with high output microphones, the XTUGA UHF wireless karaoke microphones work great.

I wanted a soundcard for a portable podcasting set-up. I plugged this in and OBS immediately recognized it. Plugged in a condenser mic and was recording audio and video.I plan on a multi-mic set-up, running a larger mixing board into the Q-16.Seems like this would also work well for a beatmaking set-up if you had minimal recording needs and wanted to output your audio to monitors.
