The plants came wrapped in a wet paper towel, and were very mushy and unusable. I returned them and my refund was issued promptly. Going forward, if it’s not in a seed form, I won’t purchase it.

The slips arrived in a sealed plastic bag, wrapped in a soaked paper towel. When I opened them, they were slimy and mushy. By the time I rinsed them off, there were 3 sick-looking yellow-green sticks with no sign of life. I tried to stand those three in a cup of water as directed but they were so limp that they wouldn't even stand straight. I have ordered plants and roots through the mail before, (not from this company) usually successfully, but this was the worst ever.

I ordered 3 slips. In the description, unit count shows 30.0 count. I only received one count and asked for the additional 29 counts. the seller did not send the missed parts of product, but refunded. It would be too expense if the seller meant only 3 slips. 3 slips will grow for 4 months and might produce 2x3= 6 pounds of tubes. Therefore, one pound of tube will be 24/6= $4.

They were sticks with leaves for the cost. But the never took root. I tried. They were so dead looking I was ashame to send them back. So money lost on this one.
