This is a nice, small light that is perfect for adding an accent light on treasures. However, it runs a little warm, and mine died after 4 months of running about 15 hours a day or 1,800 hours total.

This is a nice little LED light to have around, and the flexible extension is a is very useful. I originally bought this to use in testing USB power devices but have found myself using it as a simple flashlight as well. Construction is good, it should last a long time.

Fairly bright spot with nice diffuse edges, stays focused and strong for quite a distance. Now I can put cheap 5V light wherever I want it. I'm spotlighting (and growing) a small succulent on my bookshelf. So necessary these days for your Zoom stage or studio.

The gooseneck is strong enough to support T-series EDC flashlights from Nitecore, which can operate while being charged from USB. To do so requires a USB-male to USB-micro adapter. The included USB LED head also works well.

Used it, along with a USB touch-light board to add light to my mixing board that sits on my computer case. Flexible metal cable housing stays in place. Works as advertised and seems very durable. Can't comment on the light that came with it because I used a different type of light.

Minimal one level light without a switch. Other listings that do not include the gooseneck cable describe the light as 3 watts. I measured the current draw at 0.25 amp at 5 volts so the power is 1.25 watts actual. Based on comparison with a known output and current draw similar light I judge the light output to be approximately in the 100 lumens range, fully adequate for use as a low power LED flashlight. Light is lightweight enough so the gooseneck cable has no problem supporting it.

This puts out a lot more light than I had expected. I plan to use it for camping, It gives enough light to fill my bedroom, so I know that it will light up my camper.The Ikea Jansjo light is not nearly as bright, but it doesn't get hot to the touch like this one does. I find myself using the Ikea one more often. This puts out more of a focused pure white beam. It is more of a flashlight type beam, so you get a smaller focus area with a lot of light. The Ikea is a warmer white and is less focused. With the Ikea light the beam is much wider and it lights up a larger area with less light.I do like the Blovess light and it has come in useful. I just like the Ikea Jansjo a little better.
