Purchase this time and it was smaller than it look...I was advice to send back for a credit and as instructed I did and today on January 31,2020 I was sent an email telling me they will not issue the credit...this item was to be for my thermostat.Shame on Amazon for making a customer be held for an item that does not fit the thermostat no thermostat in a home is that small...SHAME ON YOUI HAD TO SUBMITT A STAR TO HAVE THIS POSTED....SHAME! SHAME! SHAME!
