Your cart is empty.With the regular stress of removal and tightening, filter housings and fittings will weaken over time. To prevent unwanted system failure, the filter housings on your systems need to be replaced EVERY 5 YEARS. This kit includes three 10" white filter housings, two 1/4" hex nipples, and two 1/4" MPT x 1/4" quick connect elbows. These housings will fit all standard 2.5" x 10" filter cartridges commonly used on point-of-use RO systems, drinking water systems, and prefilters for ice machines and other water appliances and devices.

I ordered this to replace an older/original filter housing on Water World Proline Plus unit. The original housing also had a unique/non-standard gasket that was not available any longer. This unit has been a good/solid replacement and allows me to use standard, readily available o-rings. No complaints.

I bought this filter kit to replace proprietary housings on mine Waterworld Proline Plus RO system. I was no longer able to find o-rings and when I contacted the company the indicated they had moved to standard housings. My brother has a newer version of the same system so I can see that to be so. I generally do not reuse orings and the ones on this housing has been used quite a few times. It was only a matter of time before they would leak and with no replacements available (I checked a half dozen plumbing suppy places in addition to contacting the Manufacturer). The rest of the system is in good shape and I replaced the tank 2 years ago so I decided to change the housings instead of purchasing a whole new ROSystem.About this kit. This kit is an excellent value because it comes with all of the connections needed to install it in an RO system. It has the connectors between the housings and the quick connects for the inlet and outlets. ItAlso included a spool of Teflon tape which was really nice as I didn’t have to dig through my toolbox looking for some. It even came with orings pre installed on the housings and they seem to be pretty standard ones I have ( I had several varieties around from trying to match the proprietary ones in the past). This fit my system’s pretty standard RO system bracket with no issue and was just 4 screws on each like most housings.Because it had everything I needed to install the filter housings I am very satisfied and would recommend this kit to others.
