Disappointed in this one. I wouldn't have bought it if I would have known it wasn't capable of multi-monitor function outside of itself and 1 additional monitor. I have a 3-4 monitor setup. It doesn't even work for a dual monitor setup

Out of box a bunch the WI-FI hardware didn't work. I started looking for my Windows key on it considering it has Windows 11, but there isn't one to speak of. All of this feels very scammy, and definitely not worth the money/risk.

I am thoroughly impressed with this computer! I have purchased other name brand computers/laptops/tablets in the past and took a chance on purchasing this one. It's lightweight, has brilliant screen colors, processes data fast, and is an overall great value! No manual came with computer...just relied on my knowledge from setting up other systems.

This mini PC works well for what it is. Out of the box, Windows 11 is installed but not licensed, so you will need to purchase your own license key to access certain features. I inspected the installed programs and didn't find anything immediately glaring, and the only non-stock programs I could find were for the LCD and RGB strip control. However, these two programs didn't show up in control panel or task manager, despite both launching on boot. This makes me a bit suspect because if they could hide these programs, who's to say they can't hide some other malicious program that will come to haunt you down the line? Based on this and general best-practices for any computer, I would recommend reinstalling a fresh copy of whatever operating system you choose to use. I chose to use Ubuntu 24.04 because I am running this as a server, but the CPU felt decently snappy on both Windows and Linux. There was no hesitation in opening programs or completing tasks, which you commonly see with lightweight mobile CPUs. This means the computer can easily be used as an everyday computer without feeling like you're making compromises.Moving on to the build quality, this is clearly where they skimped to make this price point. The whole construction is plastic and is quite flexible, but you won't feel it when you leave it on your desk. The vertical mount leaves some holes for the intake, but since it's pressed against the bottom, there's not much air that can get in. Due to this, I would suspect the temperatures and performance to be slightly worse in the vertical position than laying it flat, though it probably wouldn't matter for a computer at this power level. Both the vertical mount and side panel are mounted with magnets, which makes it exceptionally easy to service the computer. The connectors for the LCD and RGB strip are right under the side panel, and I unplugged them to save power since I am running this as a server. If you don't have the control programs installed or are using Linux, the LCD will simply display the BIOS time (which may not be accurate) and the RGB strip displays whatever setting you selected last.Moving on to some final notes, you need to be aware that the second empty M.2 slot is SATA only. I originally got this computer with the intention of running two NVME drives in RAID configuration, but the second drive could not be detected since it's not SATA. This was mentioned in the product description, so it's on me for not paying attention. I also wish that there could have been at least one USB-C port on the computer. The product images do not show the USB panel, but it has two USB 2.0 ports and two USB 3.1 ports. Replacing one of those ports for USB-C would make the I/O a lot more versatile, and should honestly be a given in this day and age. For all these considerations combined, I will take off one star, but the computer remains more than usable overall, and is a great budget option to get yourself standard desktop functionality without any frills.
