Grip 1: is that the laptop had a fair amount of bloatware. Example Mcafee which is more like malware than software. You have to uninstall several different items to completely uninstall.Grip 2: is that the laptop was supposed to come loaded with Professional office with a lifetime license. This license is not a current version. The license is from 2019.I will be sure to never buy from this vendor again.
