I got this cooling fan just in time for a mini-heat wave in California, and I'm so glad I did! When I got home from work, my Biocube 16 nano reef tank was at 83.3°F – about 5 degrees higher than usual. Not good for my corals!Although the clips weren't wide enough to fit the tank rim, I easily attached the fan to the panel separating the display tank and filter section. The angle of the fan is adjustable and the fan is sturdy, even though the clips and screws are made of plastic. The fan brought the temperature down at a nice steady pace. It’s quiet, powerful, and has adjustable wind speeds. Plus, getting two fans is a bonus, especially if you have a larger tank! Just a heads-up - since you have to leave the tank lid up or off to attach the fan, make sure to keep an eye on any fish that might be prone to jumping out. Definitely a must-have for anyone with a tank in warmer weather!
