First Use Method
1. The switch of the new pot will be a little tight for the first time. Coat some cooking oil on the sealing ring, and apply a small amount of cooking oil on the upper handle stop rod and the teeth of the pot to facilitate opening and closing.
2. Close the lid: When closing the lid, align the "▽" mark on the left side of the handle with the "△" mark on the lower handle, buckle the lid, and turn the upper handle clockwise until the upper and lower handles are aligned to close it completely (special note: when the lower handle is installed, the slot is upward, and the metal is downward).

I should’ve read the reviews beforehand and not with the cheap way and should’ve bought the Presto pressure cooker! I use it and never worth the pressure go over 13 psi and not only that I had the pot with over 3 quarts of water for a two hour cook. It ran out of water and ruined my product. This is a very, very dangerous product. I don’t see why there’s not some type of automatic recall on this product or some type of lawsuit because somebody could die. There’s so many people saying the same thing about the pressure gauge. faulty pressure release valve, difficulty reaching pressure, inconsistent pressure maintenance!!Do not buy this product spend your money on a good product because this is a dangerous thing! I’m very frustrated because I’ve ruined so much of my product that I was cooking! I spent over a month of time that’s not wasting down the drain and I gotta completely start over with my mycology do not purchase!

This canner is so easy to use. I have used it about 10-12 times. I could not love this purchase more! And would repurchase over and over but i have a feeling this one will last me a very long time!

Will not go above 11 psi no matter how long it sits.

Pressure would not get to 15 psi, the gauge is accurate. Only got weights for 11psi. Responded to seller and he automated messages that he would contact me 7 days ago. They never responded. The gauge clearly in the picture goes to 20 psi but there is no way to make it go to 20 psi.
