On one of the bottles the back hook is broken and the bottle will not snap into the holder. It sits and flops around.

I planned on sticking this unit to the wall with the sticky back option because I cannot drill through my wall. This unit came with the wrong size sticky back as you can see in the picture. I laid the sticky back over the back of the unit so that you can see the screws are not in the right place. The sticky back has screws on one side and you're supposed to screw the back of the unit into the sticky back however I could not do that. I ordered 2 units and they both came with the wrong size backing so I have to send them back. It is an attractive unit and would have worked well if it had the right size it doesn't make sense to me that they would send the wrong size and take the chance that everybody's gonna send it back.

I purchased this because i got tired of having bottles lying around my already snall bathroom it just made it look messy, so i got this and im glad i did, i do wish these actually held more as these cant hold a full bottle of shampoo or conditioner etc but it holds most of it, but i love that u have 2 installation options, u can screw it on ur wall or use thr adhesive they added. I chose thr adhesive since my shower is porcelain tile, dont want to chance cracking it. This definitely does help that way u dont have to look around or bend over etc every time u need one or the other as its right there next to u so very convenient, so far it works great and very simple to refill which is a plus. Seems well made. Some have been made from very cheap flimsy plastic etc but thia one seems pretty solid. All in all im happy with my purchase and it looks good with my blue and white marbled tile.

Bought this for our son’s bathroom so he can’t dump out all of the soap at once. Still want him to have his independence but at six years old, he still likes to make a mess of things at times. Very easy to install and looks very classy. Really like this for our guests that come to visit too makes it kind of feel spa/hotel like.

My product arrived broken and didn't work right out of the box. It did not come come as described and had to be manipulated for a few hours to get both of them to work and mount properly. I still had to order a replacement because it destroyed my shower and I have to replace it now to fill the void. The one I am replacing is leaking all the product all over my shower. I submitted a very detailed review but got censored for some reason so I will say very nicely, I don't think I could purchase this particular item ever again. My other review had pictures and lots of detail for the record.

Bought it for my bathroom. My bathroom is a tub shower room and doesn’t have a room to put shampoo and body wash bottles except for the edge of the tub. It’s inconvenient and I hate to flip the bottles every time I use them. This dispenser has made my bathroom look neat and now I can dispense liquid faster. Love it

I love this set. Saved a lot of space in the bath tub and gives a clean look. I bought shampoo, conditioner and bodywash in large containers to fill them up and this method is very cost effective for me. No more mess around the bath tub. Highly recommend.
