I ordered these for a DIY CNC project I'm working on with friend. Rather than the puny spindle motors most of the cheap CNCs have, I plan to use my RotoZip router which is a bit more beefy. I tried cutting both wood (pine) and plastic (plexi) with them on the RotoZip by hand and it seems to cut just fine. I didn't go very fast but once we have it mounted in the CNC I can test how fast it's able to cut. Shouldnt be a problem, I like these bits.

I received these bits and was pretty impressed with their quality. They were individually packaged and each package labeled very clearly. The bits are well made and they are very sharp. I took some close up pictures for you to judge.I can't wait to put these to use for my home DIY carving and engraving projects.

These bits are sharp. They cut well.I have a Shapeoko 5 Pro and the extra benefit from using these is that I do not need to change ER-11 collets from 1/8 to 1/4 when I use them.This one aspect saves me an incredible amount of time when I cut something on my CNC and I feel more confident that they’re going to stay locked in place.

These came well packaged and seem like a nice set for the price. The coating should help with lifespan but I've only had a chance to use one so far, will update the rating if needed after using more.The reason for 4 stars is there was no info on recommended feeds and speeds, and I couldn't find anything online. Had to use the specs of a similar bit from a different company.

I got this 5-piece engraving CNC wood carving router bit set, and it’s a great selection for detailed engraving and V-groove work. The nano blue-coated tungsten solid carbide holds up well, providing smooth, clean cuts with minimal wear. The set includes 15°, 20°, 30°, 60°, and 90° bits, giving plenty of options for different carving depths and angles. I used them on walnut, and they performed nicely with sharp, precise lines.

I like several things about this engraving bit set. First of all they are made of carbide. That's about as good as it gets. Carbide is harder by far than anything that I am likely to carve. I also like the separate plastic boxes for each bit. Carbide is super hard and as such it is also brittle and it breaks fairly easily. The boxes protect the bits from that. The bits are very sharp and do the job well. This is a nice selection of bits at a decent price.

I acquired this Eyryfui solid carbide V-groove router bit set to use for engraving and carving wood. I particularly like that the tool dimensions are given in a chart, making it easier to add the bits’ profile into software for CNC routing, sign making and engraving. The set consists of five pieces covering a good range of angles.The bits themselves have sharp and crisp cutting edges and have that feel that only solid carbide can give. Each bit comes in its own clearly labeled storage case which protects the brittle carbide well. The bits are also “nano coated” which can potentially enhance the machining performance of the bits. Unfortunately, the particular coating is not specified, so there is no way to predict how well they will perform. Information on feeds and speeds is also lacking, leaving one to determine this by trial and error.Overall, these seem good quality bits, I just wish that they had included information on the type of coating(s), and recommended feeds and speeds for their suggested applications.
