Most importantly, the product works. After installation, my lawnmower fired up on the first pull and runs great. A couple of small issues with installation. 1.) The hole for the throttle linkage is too small and had to be drilled out. 2.) The threads on the front mount don't match the oem bolt, but they're close enough to where I was able to tighten the bolt down without stripping them. 3.) If your air cleaner mounts through the carb, you'll have to remove the screw in the bottom of the carb. Some additional info. Briggs/Stratton engine model 10T802 0708 E1 06062255. There is a notch/cutout under the carb that is present on the OEM gas tank that is NOT present on this replacement. I don't know what its purpose is, but did not appear to make any difference in my application with this engine. Based on my experience, with the price, installation and performance, i would recommend this replacement tank/carb.

Put this on my Murray 4.5 Briggs and Stratton engine and fired right up , easy to install and recommend for a replacement.

Purchased this product to replace the original one on my Bolen 5 HP rototiller. Installation was easy as it was all pre-assembled. First thing I noticed is the gas cap has no baffle in it so the gas would slosh through the air holes while tilling out onto the rest of the engine. I was able to use the old cap and that solved that problem. Second one, is more serious. The inside of the gas tank is not coated so the while tank is now rusting away inside. This adds serious deposits to the carb and jams up the whole works. The primer bulb stopped working and the system refused to start. After disassembling of the Carb, Found that the primer bulb has a tiny spring and small bearing that is used to regulate the gas flow. The spring was bent from use and both the bearing and the spring was lose in the primer bulb thus allowing no vacuum to occur to prime the system for starting. Going to have to order something else as I cannot have a rusting gas tank or a carb that is not working. Not worth your money.

I had to make a couple of small modifications but the with the product installed my engine easily started and ran well after I repaired a broken govenor spring on the engine. Mine had the screw in the bottom of the carb (that other reviewers mentioned) where the air filter fastnening screw should go. I was able to back it out from the top. That screw had an M5 x .8 thread. The OE Briggs and Stratton air filter screw had a 10/32 inch thread. I was able to find an M5 x .8 x 100mm screw from Fastenal that worked perfect. Amazon also has these too. The bolt that secures the tank to the engine bracket was also tapped in metric not 1/4 x20 like the bolt Briggs and Stratton used. I had to slightly enlongate the hole in the bracket with a file and an M6 x 100 x10mm bolt worked perfect. I'm dissappointed that the company used metric threads and not what Briggs and Stratton used, and did not provide the proper hardware. There was no instructions explaining this is the box. The primer bulb did not feel as robust as the OEM one in the old carb. They did provide 2 new ones. All of the above considered I'm happy with the product and hope it will buy my old lawn mower a few more years.

Great price works great one problem install and got ready put breather on and there is a screw in breather bolt hole could not get out all the way had to take completely apart pull carburetor push on screw to out hole I guess they put in there paint it or keep moisture out but it would have been nice to put a note in packing so take out before installation other than that great stuff
