The carburetor looked okay. But, it did not fit. I tried to use different sized o-rings to make up for the gap between the carb and the tubing the carb mounted onto.. Nothing helped. The carburetor did not work.The spark plug was wrong. I do not know what the tubing was for.This was not a good buy for me.

The bowl will not fill at all. Like zero gas Into the bowl.I spent all afternoon trying to get it to work. Can't even blow Into the carb unless the whole bowl is taken off and the float and needle valve is dropped well beyond its normal operating position. I'm going to leave it for a while to see if it fills, if it doesn't il just going to order brand name.

I loved that you could remove the old carb and install the new one without any alterations. I installed the new carb , attached the fuel hose , installed the new spark plug and filter. With one pull of the cord it fired right up. Thank you for a wonderful product.

To be brief, I removed the top cover of the Troy-Bilt lawn mower. From the top, it was easy to remove the old carburetor. It took about 20 minutes to remove, but people who are handy can do it faster. It took approximately 10 minutes to install the new carburetor. I put gas in the lawn mower tank and it fired up on the first try. The filter was an exact fit, but the spark plug was not. The spark plug will thread but the number of threads is less than the original spark plug. I decided to use to original. I did not use the hose provided since my original was still in good condition. I have only positive things to say about this item as it brought a non-working lawn mower back to life. If there are any issues, I will update. The motor is a 550EX Briggs and Stratton. Found a forward assist toro lawnmower in trash, looked okay but didn’t seem to work, opened it seen on google for things to check on push mowers. Found this product, and fit perfectly. Turned on. Worked like a charm. Now I have another working lawnmower.

Seems to be a nice little carb but, the rpm’s don’t seem to be as high as they should. On a positive note install was quick and easy. Mower stated up on third pull. And yes I would probably buy again.

Better than some paramedics doing CPR. Took just a few minutes. Swapped out my old clogged up carburetor, fuel line and air filter. My mower took a long reach plug so I reused it. Added some fresh fuel and second pull it roared back to life. Oops I forgot to yell Clear!

I had an issue with gas leaking from the choke port. I've taken the original apart and clean with the same results, so I decided to replaced it. Worked well! If you are not familiar work a YouTube video. It's not hard to swap it.Briggs and Stratton 725 163cc engine.

My Yardworks lawn mourner with Briggs & Stratton 675EXI engine didn't start this spring as I didn't drain the gas tank last winter. Tried to drain the gas tank, and added the Mechanic in a Bottled and fresh gas and it still didn't work for me. Bought this Carburetor and it was delivered quickly. I replaced the old carb with this one following some youtube videos and added some fresh gas. The lawn mourner started at the first pull. Saved my money and time to go to the local repair shop. Good product!Good that it comes with an air filter. The spark plug didn't fit my lawn mourner. but I don't need it.
