Great monitor for single-outlet devices.I'm using it for a low power 16-bay NAS and I want to be able to track energy & power use, and it does that fantastically! All I did was splice the PSU cable into it.There is one sketchy thing and that's that you basically have HV live wires going in/out of the device. As you can see from the pics, I tried to add heatshrink to minimize the chance of contact, but there's still the possibility. I will be later making a 3D Printed mount for it so it will be less of a concern. An additional feature I didn't realize it had when I bought it is a thermocouple (bottom right). Not sure what temp I'll monitor (maybe CPU heatsink) but it's there..

The meter works fine but I cannot find any information on what connector will plug into the temperature sensor port on the bottom. There was no thermistor in the box. The little1-page manual shows this connector but it just says NTC and does not say what the connector is or what resistance temp sensor it is calibrated for.The exact same model from Drok uses a 2-Pin JST XH2.54mm Plug which seems to be the standard size for Thermistors that plug into air conditioning equipment. All the thermistors on Amazon and the Drok site that have a 2-pin connector use the 2-Pin JST XH2.54mm Plug. I could not find a website for AITIAO.I bought a 10K 3950 NTX Thermistor and tried it but it is slightly too large to fit into the connector on the meter. I did not see anywhere on the Amazon product page to ask a question so I will ask in this review. If anyone know what size connector will plug into the temp sensor port on this meter, please post it!

Great as an electronic bench troubleshooting monitor. Provides load voltage, current, power factor and temperature at a glance.

Do not have meter installed yet, so cannot give five stars. Four stars for overall build quality, features and price. When installed, will update review.

Although I just recieved it, it seems to be a great value.1. great price...can't actually believe they can build and sell for such a low price2. you can see AC voltage, amps, frequency, power factor, watts, Kwh, time on and temperature all on the same screen!3. decent refresh rate of around 2 to 3 updates per second4. different colored read outs to easily see the different values5. beeper/buzzer is very loud6. easy wiring7. temp sensor wire is decent8. bright screen with crisp read outs9. the built in current sensor (20 ampere model) makes the setup compact and clean

I bought it to make a power monitor for home lab - it has nice, easy-to-read display and good resolution to measure power starting from few watts. In this sense it is similar to Kill-a-Watt meter I used before, but all parameters (voltage, current, power, power factor, AC frequency and even temperature) are displayed simultaneously on a colorful display. The pictures show how I integrated it into a low-cost power extender, and how it measures power of a lamp.I doubt that it is suitable for continuous measurements when the current is above 10A because the shunt is soldered on PCB, and the connection contacts are more suitable for electronics rather than heavy loads, but my application is exactly such. So I am giving it 5 stars.

I have used the older version, the KWS-AC300 for many years without an issueThe unit arrived and comes with the external temperature sensorUnfortunately, the KWS is faulty (see picture)Connected to a US outlet, it shows 723.9 volts !!!!The Temperature has missing digitsWhen I plug in a load, the Amps has missing center digits tooNot very happyMaybe I just received a bad unit but it still proves shoddy quality control
