I have tried various weighted vests in the past, and the issue has always been that as I progress in my fitness training, I need to switch vests in order to add on more weights. This modular design has been a game changer as it allows me to adjust weights accordingly. It has 6 sandbags, three on the front, three on the back. Each bag is individually removable. Overall, what a great vest!

Comfortable Vest, But Straps Need ImprovementI really like the material of this adjustable weighted vest it feels comfortable to wear, even during longer workouts. It uses sandbags for the weights, and you can easily add or remove them based on your needs. The vest holds 6 bags, each weighing 1.5 lbs, and it comes with a total of 11–20 lbs, which is great for beginners. You also have the option to add more weight if needed. However, the buckle straps used to adjust the fit are a major downside. They don’t stay in place once adjusted, which can get really frustrating during workouts. It takes away from the overall functionality, especially if you're moving a lot.Overall, it’s a solid choice for beginners or anyone just getting into weighted training, but the strap design could really use an upgrade.

The ExtreSpo Adjustable Weighted Vest is a solid choice for anyone looking to add intensity to their workouts. It’s easy to adjust and comfortable to wear, with the weights evenly distributed to avoid discomfort. The material feels durable, and the vest stays in place during exercises like running, walking, or bodyweight training. The only downside is that it can be a bit bulky for some exercises, but overall, it’s a great value for anyone looking to level up their fitness routine.

Life has gotten so much busier lately, so I have a lot less time to workout than I'd like. I do, fortunately, have a walking pad at home. To step up the intensity of that, I decided to grab this vest. I'm sooo happy I did. At max weight, it's surprisingly super heavy. You can, of course, adjust as needed. If you've been looking to step up your workout game with a little added intensity, this is a great starting point at a great value.

Wow, what a great weighted vest. This vest comes with 6 heavy weight packs that you can add to the front and the back to add up to 32 lbs. The base weight of the vest is 20lbs and with 6 2 lbs weigh packs, it will get the vest up to 32 pounds. It is comfortable but the base weight of 20 lbs could be a bit heavy for someone just starting out. It features neoprene material for a bouncy feel and which will absorb your sweat which you will do.The weight vest feels very high quality and the front pocket to hold things is a nice touch.5 stars!!

This is a Weighted Vest for Walking, Running, Stair Climbing, and general Strength Training exercises. Suitable for both men and women, this weighted vest is perfect for all types of exercise. The design of this vest make it easy to get on and off, and the adjustable straps make it easy to get a snug fit. The fit is secure and comfortable, and it stays in place during movement and doesn’t shift around. The reflective stripes are a great addition for those who enjoy running or jogging, ensuring safety while working out in the early mornings or evenings. This brand also has mesh pockets in the front of the vest for carrying various items. Overall, great quality vest made with breathable materials and durable stitching, also filled with premium iron sand instead of river sand which is well distributed throughout the vest. Trust me 32 lbs doesn't sound like too much, but when you're carrying them around for a while you can start to feel them ,-)

First off, this vest only had a mild amount of offgassing compared with another neoprene vest that I had. It's fairly comfortable. It combines removable weights with trapped pellets in the vest itself.I use it for pushups, and it's been great.

I've been watching too much Rocky/DBZ and felt the need to pick up some weights to wear around the house. Pulling this thing out of the box was a bit harder than I thought it was going to be and quickly humbled me. Once I put all the weight on I felt heavy and immobile, but moving 4 bags out became a lot more tolerable. The bags are made well and are protected inside of pockets so I don't see these ripping on you too easily.I think the vest weight was a little too much for someone that hasn't been working with weights before but if you're somewhat fit then you can make a few/no bags work to start and build up your endurance, just suck in your pride until then haha. Comfort wise you really do feel like the weight is being added onto you, as opposed to having bags placed on you with the weight moving around every step. The straps were a bit of a hassle to get to fit properly, but seem to stay after a few walks/jogs. I've never owned a weighted vest before, but I also don't see myself getting anything different. This hit all the marks for me!
