The Universal Cleaning Gel (ASIN B0DQ83SC9W) from the ASFSKY Store does the job it claims to do.Upon opening, the gel should be thick and look like the ad pictures. If it's excessively sticky, runny or clumping, you've likely received an outdated and/or defective product. Not much more one can say - it works very well when it does.

This is not one of those one time use products, though if your keyboard is really dirty, it might be. It can also be used with other products that require cleaning that may have deep unreachable crevices. It is easy to mold and shape so it conforms to the deep crevices, and fills the spaces. Since its stickiness is the main mechanism to lift dirt, it retains quite a bit of it, even after a few dabs in. Overall, an above average alternative to cleaning with an air pressure device, that can sometimes lodge dirt even deeper. This one picks it up clean where it is.This review is for the “ASFSKY Keyboard Cleaner Universal Cleaning Gel,Slime for Detailing Car Interior Dust Putty Cleaning Goop Cleaner Wipes Swaps for PC Tablet Laptop Keyboards, Cameras,Car Vents, 160g/5.6oz,Rose Red”.

I recently tried the ASFSKY Keyboard Cleaner Gel, and I’m pretty pleased with how it works! It’s a bit like slime in texture—cool and slightly wet to the touch—but it’s surprisingly effective at cleaning hard-to-reach areas like the spaces between keys on my keyboard and other small nooks and crannies in my car. The gel grabs dust, crumbs, and small debris without leaving residue behind, and the scent is a nice, pleasant floral or fruity note, which is a bonus. It’s a handy alternative to a vacuum, especially for cleaning keyboards, as it avoids the potential issues of compressed air, like causing key chatter or pushing debris further into the keyboard. That being said, it’s not as seamless as some of the product photos suggest—if you have a keyboard with higher-profile keys, it might not get into all the crevices easily. It does, however, do a better job than a vacuum in terms of picking up particles in more challenging spots.I appreciate that it’s reusable for several cleaning sessions. You simply pull off a bit of the gel as needed, and it doesn’t dry out my hands like some other cleaning products. My only complaint is that it doesn’t quite work well on slim laptop keyboards, as it may press the keys down rather than getting under them.Overall, if you're looking for a fun and effective way to clean small, hard-to-reach spots like your keyboard or car coasters, this gel works great. It’s easy to use, smells nice, and is a solid addition to your cleaning toolkit. Just be aware that it might not reach every crevice in all keyboard types, and it does have a limited lifespan, so make sure to use it within the three months after opening.

As an Amazon Vine reviewer you're generally supposed to elaborate as much as you can about a product, but for something like this, it's kind of hard to.If it was a bad product and didn't do what it was advertised to do, it would be much easier but this is pretty much does and acts exactly as you'd expect it to.The only caveats I'd point out is that in the picture they use for the putty being used on the keyboard, it's not really that simple. It will cling around around keys, but if your keyboard has higher profile keys, it won't be able to 'seemlessly' get into all the crevices between them.It definitely does a better job than any vacuum, but it also doesn't run the risk of causing keyboard chatter from compressed air (when particles interfere with sensors and cause double presses of keys). You should probably be removing your keyboard keys anyway if you plan on 'deep cleaning' them. This might require a special tool for you to do it properly, but those tools are also extremely cheap. It's also not the most pleasant thing to deal with when it's used, but I'm sure whoever is reading this is very aware that whatever they're cleaning is going to stick to the putty. All in all, it does what cleaning putty does, so I see no reason to give it any less than 5 stars.

The compound really stays together instead of breaking apart so it is like a thick goo that doesn't feel tacky and it doesn't make a mess. It takes intentional effort to pinch off a portion of it . I pulled away a portion about the volume of two grapes and rolled that between a thumb and two fingers until it was shaped like a ball of putty. Then I pushed it out over the surface of a camera lens and for another trial, firmly into the gaps of a keyboard. In all cases I left the gel in contact for about 30 seconds before pulling it away, which it does easily. I was expecting more stickiness but I suppose that like of adhesion has its benefits for some situations. The grooving on the lens still showed marks that no amount of pushing or wiping the pink gel would remove. I guess those marks are not debris but scratches. The lens did have a better appearance though. Turning the gel over didn't show debris particles so I returned it to the bulk of the gel that was still in the jar.The notes mention to use this gel within 3 months. It is too soon to tell if that means it loses some properties or dries out after longer periods. This would be handy for harmless sprucing up of my camera and other electronics but it's not likely it would be my first go-to for deeper cleaning.
