When my kid told me he wanted to be a fireman for Halloween, I thought, “Great, a classic hero costume.” Little did I know this costume would ignite a whole new level of toddler drama in our house.The costume arrived, and the first thing my 4-year-old said when he put it on was, “I’M IN CHARGE NOW!” And honestly, he’s not wrong. Complete with a little jacket, helmet, and the kind of confidence only a child in a fireman costume can muster, he’s been bossing us around for days.“Mom, we have an EMERGENCY!” Translation: his juice box was empty.“Dad, stop drop and roll!” Translation: I tripped over a toy, and he wanted to make it educational.The outfit is surprisingly well-made for something that’s already been through a chocolate meltdown, a juice-box rescue mission, and an attempt to slide down the staircase “like a fire pole.” The helmet? Indestructible—trust me, it’s been tested against walls, furniture, and his sister’s head.He wore it to preschool, where he immediately declared all fire drills his personal responsibility. “Everyone FOLLOW ME!” he shouted, as his teacher gave me a look that said, “Thanks for this.”The only downside? He now refuses to take it off. Grocery shopping? Fireman. Bathtime? Fireman. I caught him trying to sleep in it last night, helmet and all. Halloween might be over, but this kid’s firefighting career has just begun.Bottom line: 10/10 would recommend. Just be prepared to salute your new pint-sized Fire Chief for the foreseeable future.

Got this for my son. The outfit is good material and easy zipper. But the hat broke the same day but everything else was great!

This was a hit with our three year old grandson. It was hard to get him to take it off he loved it so much. Pants were a little tight around the waist. Impressed with the quality.
