I’m assuming all of these pyramid stands do this but not sure. They leave circular indentations on the wood you are finishing. And if doing multiple coats then you will have multiple indentations. I didn’t notice this until it was too late. Word of advice though… paint/stain/finish the crappy side first. Or the side that won’t be seen as much. This way when you flip it over the marks will be left on the side that you won’t notice it. Hope that makes sense and helps you not make the mistake I made.

It's hard to get it to stay on the corners it can tip over. It's fell off and made marks on the canvas .
